Facilities
Bojewyan Cottage is a pair of Grade 2 listed Miners Cottages set in the small Rural Hamlet of Bojewyan Stennack just away from the beautiful coastal road that runs between Land’s End and St Ives.
The Cottage stands in its own pretty gardens with countryside views and some sea glimpses. A stream runs along to the front of the property as it makes its way down the valley to Portheras Cove.
Why not have a wander into the village and enjoy the hospitality of one of the three local pubs, all three provide a varied Menu and good beer, The North is famous for its homemade Curries and if you are lucky you might find yourself here when they hold a North Inn Curry Night, not to be missed. Perhaps enjoy a Coffee and a cake, or maybe a Tapas in Maria Chica's Cafe. One of my favourite things to do, has got to be, a visit to the local Fish & Chip shop followed by sitting on a bench at Pendeen Lighthouse savouring them whilst watching the waves crash onto the rocks below and maybe a pod of Dolphins passing by, just stunning !
The Cottage benefits from Superfast Broadband, a Blueray DVD Player, and a PlayStation (with access to Netflix etc) to allow you to relax after your Cornish adventures.
Bedrooms
Bojewyan Cottage Sleeps 6 people across 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom one benefits from having windows front and back enjoying views of the countryside and the Moors. It has a King Size double bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom two enjoys views across the countryside to the front and these can be enjoyed whilst in bed, it also has built in wardrobes and ample drawer space.
Bedroom three has two Single Beds and again has views to the front and built in wardrobes.
Kitchen
I love my cooking and believe that this is a kitchen home from home.....
The kitchen has a lovely double oven with a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, cafetière, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine, it is also well equipped with pots, pans and crockery.
Whilst the cooking is happening there is seating for people to sit and chat at either the hand painted kitchen table or a window seat that looks out over the Countryside.
Garden
When you arrive at Bojewyan Cottage you will find that there is parking for two cars and secure gated gardens with granite stone walls. The gardens are to the front and side of the Cottage and offer a lovely quiet and secluded area to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
The borders consist of shrubs and tropical plants with granite garden paths and lighting so you can enjoy the peaceful evenings.
